La storia di Sapori Ticino è di curioso approccio, poiché questa manifestazione, dal cuore moderno e pulsante, ha radici legate all'amore per questo delizioso angolo di Svizzera. In quell'anno Dany Stauffacher, appassionato ticinese, si impegna ad unire un gruppo di grandi Alberghi e Ristoranti stellati che, accomunati da un obbiettivo comune, decidono di mettere a disposizione la loro professionalità per dar vita ad un evento che sapesse valorizzare l'ospitalità e le bellezze del territorio a cui appartengono. Da allora sono passati 8 anni e S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino si prepara a vivere la prossima attesissima edizione...! Stay tuned :)

On Sunday, 4 October, the beautiful setting of Hotel Eden Roc Ascona provided the stage for a special Official Night of S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino.

Chef Marco Campanella welcomed Marcel Koolen for an exceptional culinary collaboration, bringing together two distinct perspectives and a shared passion for excellence.

From the first course to the final toast, it was an evening filled with creativity, conviviality and the pleasure of being together around the table.

Hosting the evening will be Chef Salvatore Sanfilippo of La Baia, welcoming guest Chef Kevin Fernandez from Restaurant Talvo in Champfer, Switzerland, for a unique culinary encounter where creativity, precision and contemporary cuisine come together.

Set along the picturesque shores of Lake Maggiore, La Baia offers a refined dining experience surrounded by the beauty of the Locarno lakefront. Chef Salvatore Sanfilippo and his young, talented team celebrate high-quality ingredients and the flavours of the region through creative dishes that highlight authentic taste and contemporary craftsmanship.

An evening born out of friendship, a passion for cooking and the pleasure of gathering round a table.

On 27 September, Seven Toc Toc in Ascona hosted S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino’s Young Night, a special evening that brought together Nicola Leanza, host at Seven, with guest chefs Luca Bellanca from Ristorante Al Faro in Lugano and Andrea Bertarini from Ristorante Montalbano.

Three chefs, three culinary journeys, but a shared friendship and passion that transformed this evening into a truly special moment of togetherness. Their experiences and personalities came together at the table, giving life to a gastronomic journey characterised by creativity, technical skill and, above all, the joy of being together.

A heartfelt thank you to Nicola Leanza and the entire Seven Toc Toc team for their hospitality and for creating the perfect setting for this special gathering.
