RECIPE
Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1 glass
INGREDIENTS
100g Soyananda organic quark alternative
100g Soyananda organic yogurt alternative
1/2 Mango (fresh or Frozen) or 1 cup mango puree
1 tbsp Almond Puree
1 tbsp Seed Mix (H**p, Flax, Chia)
1 tsp Organic Turmeric Puree (optional)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blend everything on high speed, add a 2 tbsp water if it’s took thick.
2. Pour into a glass and garnish with seeds and fresh mint leaves.
