Save the date, Basel specialty coffee lovers✨

This Saturday, 8 August, we’ll be celebrating Daniska’s three-year anniversary in their new space at Barfüsserplatz, Basel! 🎉

From 10:00–14:00, we’ll be brewing amazing filter coffees from Panama and Ethiopia for you to taste.

Quantities are limited, and the coffees won’t be available for sale—this is a special tasting only. Come by early, enjoy a cup, and celebrate with us!

There’s something special about brewing coffee straight onto ice.

This is our take on Japanese cold brew—also known as flash brew. Freshly brewed coffee drips directly over ice, locking in the coffee’s bright acidity, sweetness, and delicate aromas while creating a crisp, refreshing cup.

Simple, clean, and incredibly flavorful. It’s one of our favorite ways to enjoy coffee, especially on a warm day.
