Pour Pâques, on aurait pu mettre n'importe quel chocolat sur le comptoir.
On a choisi Garçoa.
Une petite manufacture zurichoise fondée par deux agronomes, Fränzi et Andi, qui connaissent personnellement chaque producteur de cacao qu'ils sourcent. Deux ingrédients seulement : des fèves single origin et du sucre de canne bio. Rien de plus.
Ce niveau d'attention au produit et aux gens derrière , c'est exactement ce qu'on cherche chez nos partenaires.

For Easter, we could have put any chocolate on the counter.
We chose Garçoa.
A small chocolate maker from Zurich, founded by two agronomists Fränzi and Andi who personally know every cacao farmer they source from. Two ingredients only: single origin cacao beans and organic cane sugar. Nothing more.
That level of care for the product, and for the people behind it is exactly what we look for in our partners.
We care about People. It starts with the bean.

Just talking about coffee 🤌🏻

Today we had the visit of a Chinese couple who just ran UTMB.
She was the runner, he was the photographer.

After sharing an espresso of our , roasted by .nomad, he showed us some of the pictures he took while we were chatting.

This one says it all. Coffee is our passion — and we do our best to share it with everyone who walks in.

Tomorrow we’ll host our first morning sober party.

From the moment I designed our space I had in mind having a multidisciplinary space where people could connect daily and through special events.

I first heard about morning Sunday dance in 2012 when visiting a friend in London and I always dreamt bringing this to Geneva.

So when Una and Andrea reached to me to tell me about their morning glow project it just suddenly perfectly made sense. They had the chance to participate to a 5 Rythm danse movement by talentuous and wanted to share this incredible experience with more people and in a less common space. And that’s how was born.

Event will start at 11.00 we’ll serve drinks and food from 10.00am.

Dance will start at 11.15 to 1pm. We won’t serve drinks or food during the dance.

Once the 5 Rythm DJ set will end food and drinks will be available again.

Shop will open for regulars from 1pm onwards only.

As some of you asked , the event isn’t kids friendly

It’s our first event of this kind, so bear with us and bring your good vibes 🫶

Something tasty, and historical just hit our shelves: Fermented honey gesha by multiple time winner .

On the taste side you can find jasmine, orange blossom and pomegranate with a blood orange and brown sugar sweetness.

The story behind this coffee is fascinating: As brought to us by , quote « Gesha—which was introduced to Colombia in 2005—was one of the first exotic cultivars Lino planted, as a result of a planting program sponsored by Banexport in 2010.

Through the program, Banexport provided seeds—purportedly from the Esmeralda estate in Panama—with the guarantee of purchasing any of the coffee produced. After a few years, the program ended as the pricing for gesha became uncompetitive. However, the trees remained.

The mythology of the gesha germplasm grown by Lino, sourced from Panama, is that it was collected from Ethiopia in the 1930s and then sent to Tanzania and Kenya, from where it made its way to Panama and infamy. »
