There’s no discussion about the color means “the green old horse” ..
Any other color would be a shame 😱. But we choose a more powerful green. So you recognize us immediately when you walk by on the marketplace.

Es gibt keine Diskussion darüber. bleibt grün. Wir haben uns entschieden ein etwas kräftigeres Grün zu wählen, damit du uns sofort erkennst wenn du auf dem Basler Marktplatz kommst.

Ok - time for Rock & Roll 🎶- now its getting serious. Rollin the Foodtruck into the cabin wasn‘t easy. Millimeters to high so we let some air out of the wheels. The Green Horsebox is in now, no way back.

Have you ever tried one? It comes with fresh organic tomatoes, our delicious homemade sauce, some rocket lettuce (rucola) Iberico ham (Guijuello) and for those who like, some fresh organic olives.
