during the lockdown we decided to continue our collaboration and we are embarking to a new gastronomic adventure.

three wonderful guests of many more who made this mission impossible not only possible but a real joy and privilege for us.
we started in 2006 with one tasting menu of local ingredients. at that time it wouldn’t have possible without all these open minded, travelled and cultivated guests that supported this new concept at that time. it‘s been a wonderful journey we are truly greatful for.
next week we sell our leftover chairs, plates (empty but beautiful to fill with your own food), accessories, cutleries, and many more bonvivant memories.
the winebar is daily open from 7pm till friday, 28th june. we‘d love to say bye bye to you!

right before the first course of the very last dinner of 10 courses is served - the team gathered for a picture. we are so thankful for these people who made that very last period and super intense time managable. 🙏🙏🙏

and the most beautiful story of today goes to the lawyer who was here for lunch and came to the bar to pay his bill (!). then asked if those bar stools by max bill were sold already.... because he had a history with this piece of work. he then told me that this was the only work by max bill where his foundation did never have had the authors rights and he wan for the foundation to get them at the federal court! - those three barstools could never be in a better new home than his!
such a beautiful story, such a lucky coincidence, such a great place here to meet all those good people.
