Here’s something nobody tells you before booking a hibachi chef for your next party: the biggest mistake isn’t about the food. 🔥 It’s picking where the food and seating go before figuring out where the chef is actually going to cook.

The whole point of hibachi is watching it happen live — if the grill gets tucked in a corner or blocked by a table, half your guests miss the show completely.
