Meet the STAR of our brunch service:

Pulled Pork Hash …
our meat is slow roasted in citrus juice with spices, then shredded and mixed with a made in house birch syrup bbq and nasturtium hot sauce. Served on a bed of baby potatoes that are pre-boiled in spiced water before being smashed and deep-fried to crispy perfection then tossed in the NWT’s own Back Eddy’s seasoning salt. Topped with both pickled red and fresh green onions for a burst of flavour - this is our number one selling brunch item.

With just a handful of weekends left this season, make sure you head down this weekend to give a try and see what all the fuss is about. We recommend adding a poached egg on top for the ultimate yum!

BRUNCH: saturdays & sundays 10am thru 3pm
See you at the Wildcat!

Hey knifers, grab your pals and hit the patio. One of the last nice days for a while and we’re holding on to these fleeting summer days while we’ve got ‘em. And what’s more YK summer than a patio in old town?

Bring some cards, order some snacks, share a pitcher and take in the views of the bay while you can. We’re open until 9pm (last call at 8:30).

After Five …

we roll out some dinner items as a part of our all day menu. One of our most popular choices is the Hunters Pie. This dish is Chef Niki‘s take on a shepherds pie made with bison - butchered in house, slow braised in red w**e, featuring locally harvested Juniper. It’s topped with a dollop of spruce tip gremolata making this a truly northern dish! See you for dinner.

Got a four legged friend you wanna bring around? We’d love to have your furry pal join you on the patio so long as they’re on leash and well behaved. We’ll even throw them a bone if you remind us!

It’s a beauty of a day out there today, so why not head out for a walk and stop by for dinner while you’re at it?
