We are a gluten-free food product business, offering gluten-free baked goods, savoury items and more; located at the Woodstock Farmers Market on Saturdays.

After becoming gluten-free in 2012, I (Wanda) was hard-pressed to find good, tasty food that I could eat and enjoy. Besides being a foodie and involved in the food business years prior, I was set on a goal to make others in similar situations to myself happy to find delicious food. After months of testing a variety of recipes on friends and family I was more-than-ready to start "Swanlyn Specialites". You can find my business/products at the Woodstock Farmers Market, Saturdays from 7 am -12pm.

Happy Thanksgiving weekend to everyone! The bakery has been busy and we have many things to offer this week! There will be no holds on items. First come first served.

Features features this week:

Autumn variety package of goodies

Pumpkin rolls with lactose free cream cheese icing and walnuts

Heat and serve rolls

We will also have bags of bread, stuffing cubes, which are dairy free. Approximately 4 cups.

We will also have a variety of our regular market items.

Again, because of the busyness of the morning and the abundance of items we have brought there will be no holds. We will see you bright and early at the Woodstock farmers market at 7 a.m. until noon!
