Today, we celebrate all fathers and father figures.

To the dads who are actively raising their children, the dads who live far away, the dads who are missing someone they love, and the dads whose loved ones are no longer here—we see you.

Fatherhood comes in many forms. It is shown through quiet sacrifices, unwavering support, hard work, guidance, protection, encouragement, and unconditional love. The impact you make often reaches further than you may ever realize.

For those carrying grief today, know that love does not end with distance or loss. The memories, lessons, and connections you have built continue to matter every day.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in our Wellness Contest!

This contest was about so much more than prizes. It was an opportunity to support local small businesses while also recognizing someone special in your life who deserves a little extra care, wellness, and appreciation.

Reading through all of your nominations and seeing the kind words you had to say about your friends, family members, coworkers, and loved ones was truly inspiring. Watching our community lift each other up and celebrate one another will always be one of my favourite things.

Take a moment today to tell someone when they’ve made your life a little easier. Thank the coworker who helped without being asked. Let a friend know how much you appreciate them.
