There are many good guesses, and ideas for the new owners. They are going to be open 9AM until 10PM... yes 10PM! I never had that kind of energy! 🥱

I have some more great news!!... but I'm going to let you guess....
What is the one thing requested that I refused to do? I will buy a 12 inch pizza for the first person to guess what that is.
I will announce what that is and the winner tonight at 8pm.
There will be someone to answer the phones tomorrow (Friday) to place your pizza orders. Time slots will fill up fast!

I am so excited to share this news! Hillside Beach Store and Eatery has been sold! The new owners, Lisa, Ray and daughter Ava will be open this weekend.....
Saturday and Sunday 9AM - 8PM.
They have a baker, Rondi, who bakes muffins, tarts, cakes... just to mention a few. I was fortunate enough to have a few samples of her items, yummy!
I will be there helping with Pizza and Ray will be on the patio bbqing hamburgers and hot dogs.
They will be delighted to meet everyone!

East Beaches Friends,

After 10 incredible years of running the Hillside Beach Store and Eatery, the time has come for us to close our doors as we step into retirement. This decision comes with a full heart and deep gratitude for every moment we’ve shared with all of you.

We’ve had the joy of serving you, greeting familiar faces year after year, and watching your children grow alongside our journey. You weren’t just customers—you were our community, our summer family, and the very heartbeat of this little store by the beach.

Thank you for your loyalty, your smiles, your stories, and your unwavering support through the years. You made these ten years unforgettable, and we are endlessly grateful.

While this chapter is ending for us, there is a possibility that someone new may carry the Hillside torch into the future. We’re hopeful and excited to see what might come next, and we’ll be cheering them on if it comes to be.

Until then, from the bottom of our hearts—thank you. We will miss you all deeply and carry the memories of this place and the people in it with us always.
