Ilocos Empanada Taco
A delicious homage to Filipino flavours, served up with a familiar crunch. We’ve layered textures and flavours: the rich, sweet and spiced comfort of longanisa and green munggo beans, the crisp bite of green papaya, the bright pop of a tomato egg ensalada, and a finishing touch of cheese inside a golden, crispy corn tortilla. It’s the perfect blend of sweet, savoury, tangy, and crunchy in every single bite.

Magic Island Margarita
We’ve blended Tequila and Malibu Rum with a tropical explosion of calamansi juice, guava, lime, calamansi and fresh papaya with a fiery tajín rim, this cocktail is the perfect balance of sweet and a winner on the first sip.
