From far east to even farther north, our store managers made the trek across Canada to join us in Winnipeg for our annual manager’s conference!

Throughout the week, managers took part in interactive sessions led by our support office teams to discuss store operations, explore new practices, and ensure our customers’ voices are heard. The trade show provided them with quality time with vendors, getting to know both the products on their shelves and the people who supply them.

It was a wonderful week of collaboration, conversation, and celebration!

This Pride Month, we celebrate the diversity, inclusion and equality for the 2SLGBTQI+ communities around the world.

The unique backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences of our staff at North West make us a stronger and more dynamic workplace every day. Throughout the month, we’re helping Nor’Westers engage in meaningful learning and reflect on the history, contributions, and ongoing pursuit of equality and protection of rights for 2SLGBTQI+ communities.

Last week, our team at Riteway Pasea in the British Virgin Islands welcomed local students to their store for an immersive day of learning and fun!

Students gained hands-on experience, working with our staff to strengthen their math skills while building financial literacy and having a little fun at the tills.
