I lost a catering job because of my price.

For a moment, I questioned everything.
Should I lower my prices? Should I cut corners? Should I compete on being the cheapest?

Then I remembered what Chovani stands for.
Fresh ingredients. Time. Care. Consistency.

Not every budget will match every business, and that's okay. Sometimes the right decision is to respectfully walk away rather than compromise the experience you promised to deliver.

This carousel isn't about winning or losing a booking.
It's about knowing what you're building and having the courage to protect it.
