When we cater your wedding, we arrive before the ceremony to set the tables and make sure everything is ready for the reception.

That means your guests walk into a finished space, and your photographer has time to capture those beautiful, untouched detail shots before everyone takes their seats.

Want to get even further ahead? Your tablecloths can be picked up before the wedding, giving you the option to set your tables the day before or first thing in the morning. Then, when the craziness of the wedding day begins, that’s one more thing already checked off the list.

Weddings are unique, and your food can be too. ✨

For this wedding, the couple wanted to incorporate a dish that meant something to them, so Beef Caldereta with jasmine rice found its way onto the dinner buffet.

Beef Caldereta is a rich Filipino beef stew, traditionally simmered in a tomato-based sauce with vegetables and served alongside rice. And yes, it was just as delicious as it looks.

Your wedding menu doesn’t have to look like everyone else’s.

If there’s a dish you love, a family favourite you grew up with, or something meaningful you’d love to share with your guests, ask us.
