Congratulations to our Human Resources Manager, Kaitlyn on winning the Outstanding Manager of the Year award for her results at McCullough Family Restaurants in 2025!
This award is given to the top 5% of Operations Supervisors, Market People Leads, and General Managers across Canada who have gone above and beyond their responsibilities and had success in key business pillars including People.
Kaitlyn leads MFR on all restaurant communication and incentives. Kaitlyn spends the majority of her time in restaurants supporting with the ex*****on of Running Great Restaurants. Kaitlyn holds her peers and restaurant teams accountable for doing the right thing and creating a people first culture.
Kaitlyn is a member of the National MPL Council and has spoken on Canada-wide MPL Summits as well as mentored other MPL’s across the region. Kaitlyn is also a Field Instructor and teaching McDonald’s Leadership Foundations Course where she teaches managers skills to feel capable and confident.
