The Tart Shack Welcome to The Tart Shack, we are a home based inspected bakery. I also work full time so we are only open on the weekends. Please message for orders.

We make all our own pastry from scratch and use ingredients that we grow on our small farm when we can.

There are a lot of home bakers out there, but one thing that is different about The Tart Shack is I only sell what I baked TODAY.
Lots of people bake 2-4 days in advance or freeze and thaw item for volume. You can count on warm, fresh baked goods when you come here! Made with local ingredients like fresh milled flour.
