The dough is made with local flour & water collected from a spring. I use a natural yeast. Veggies from my garden. Lots of good cheese & generous high quality toppings underneath. Sauce is from scratch. Each pizza feeds 2 with love leftover.

Happy solstice! This is our first winter open and so far it’s been awesome. We light the fire every day and it’s been a great place to stay warm and meet all the interesting people who come to visit me. I’m always surprised and honoured that people know my story and travel out of their way to have some pizza and conversation. I’ve been in the biz for 25 years and this is my first time in the kitchen. I love it! I try make every pizza better than the last. I’m blessed to work in such a beautiful place and feed such wonderful people. Merry Christmas!!

As many of you may have heard the Alberta Court of Kings bench recently dismissed all charges against me.

In a recent court case former Alberta CMOH Deena Hinshaw testified that it was Jason Kenny & his cabinet who were making all the health decisions during the pandemic, not her.

All mandates issued during her tenure were declared Ultra Vires, illegal by Justice Barbara Romaine. This included the immoral and unscientific vaccine passport that was used to justify our closure.

I am pleased to announce that I have retained Leighton Grey of Grey Wowk Spencer. I am suing Alberta Health Services seeking damages for the illegal closure of Without Papers Pizza.
