We are asked A LOT about merch. And we are always so pleasantly surprised that anyone wants to wear our company. So we out effort into this little project and hired a local artist to design a t shirt that reflects everything we love and believe and support: PEACE. LOVE. LGBQT+. DOGS. COFFEE.

This is close to the final design and we will be ordering a bunch of t shirts and other merch for you folks to order.

We spread our love of coffee but that is just a small part of Sylvie and me (Paul)

We support the LGBQT+ community with more than words. I try to pet every single dog that I come across at the markets and everywhere in life. Dogs are pure joy EVERY SINGLE DAY. That is how they live their lives.

I hate to break it to you, but most of our customers we know by name - the name of their dog :D

We are peaceful people, tolerant and accepting people, and we have a deep passion for coffee, yes, but also for the well being of others.

Enjoy our coffee but also know you have friends who care about others and community and that is what the Owners if Chin Chin Coffee would like to be known for first and foremost.

Café Bon Vivant you can try what those coffee magicians dream up. This one is my ABSOLUTE ALL TIME FAVOURITE. Debate me. lol

The caramel corn latte is back for the summer!

We love our coffee roaster, . They roast dang fine coffee right here in Russell, and they take what they do seriously.

Over at Bon Vivant, we do some wacky and weird stuff with their coffee. Sometimes I can’t believe we get away with it… but how could they say no when our weird drinks are so delicious?!

Caramel corn will be holding it down until pumpkin spice season returns

JAMAICA BLUE MOUNTAIN (expensive coffee) s mislabeled.

Jamaica Blue Mountain is considered one of the best coffees in the world. This one is labeled as "medium roast".

LIARS!!!

More likely they just don't know what they are doing. What a waste to roast this coffee to dark.

It is VERY annoying when we buy a medium roast and it is a dark roast.

Grrrrr.

we use the Lebrew C1 analyzer to measure coffee darkness against an international scale. An "agtron" number is produced.

We measure the whole bean 4 separate times. Then do it again. Then take an average.

Next we measure the same beams but ground. Same process. Measure 4 times then do it again. Each time agitating and re-arranging the beans or ground coffee.

Rest assured that our coffee is always as advertised - why? Because me measure and re-measure. We uietly apply engineering and science behind the scenes to ensure our coffee is the best you can buy - ask me about it the next time you see me at a market.

We will be updating our website soon and will include the agtron scores for all of our offerings (including our upcoming surprise!).
