Wow… can’t believe this is already our last Fireweed Market of the season🥹

It’s been quite a season — some beautiful sunny days, some very wet ones, and definitely a few days when the weather made things a little challenging. But you kept showing up.

Every visit, every market special you came back for, every kind word and every “see you next week” meant so much to us. You really helped keep us warm through it all🧡

For our last market, the popular seafood chowder in a bread bowl is coming back one more time. And of course, we’ll have a special for the market, like we do every Thursday😉

Tomorrow at the market! 🌿

A few things we’re excited about:

🦆 Duck confit with crispy potatoes and spruce tip aioli. Duck confit is a traditional French preparation where duck legs are slowly cooked in their own fat until tender, then crisped up before serving. This might be your last chance to get it before November!

🥣 Our seafood chowder bread bowl is back! It sold out in just 30 minutes last time, so we ordered more bread bowls from Landed Bakehouse. Come early if you don’t want to miss it!

🐟 We just got a new batch of wild sockeye salmon from Taku Wild, sustainably harvested from the Taku River in Northwest Canada. We’re excited to have it back in our salmon poke bowls!
