Had a blast catering for the Every Student Every Day gala at the KDCC last night. Big thanks to Chef Antionette , and to my love , for coming in to help with service. Also to for running the front end so smoothly, and to for the opportunity. As my first large *plated* event I was so happy with the outcome and I'm excited to do more.

I haven't made a social media post in over a year as I simply did not have the time to devote to taking photos and editing posts. BUT, I'm still here, and stronger than ever. This past year was one of growth for Ali Cat, and I'm so grateful and proud to show off the new kitchen, where me and my two awesome staff have been cooking up a storm since April. I'm so happy to welcome anyone to come by this Friday between 5 - 7 for some treats and to chat, I'd love to see you.

Sandwich appreciation post!

Just cause they're common doesn't mean they're boring. We always use our homemade bread, homemade aioli's, chutney's and sauces, good quality cheeses and meats, fresh veggies.
