It's the perfect timing to transplant nasturtiums!
​We have freshly harvested rhubarb for our lemonade this week🍹, and a very limited variety of bedding plants left for sale at the front of our food truck. Come grab them to pair with our fresh meals featuring lots of our own farm harvest! 🌱

We got a good rain and it's the perfect time for transplanting! The rain is even celebrating all the transplants and direct seeding so they are happy! 🌿☔️

​We had lots of volunteer help from friends this week and are finally setting up all the irrigation system, weeding, moving giant rhubarb, and transplanting...etc. As it’s our first summer in the new place, we have lots to prepare and infrastructure to build, so a lot of things were behind this year.

​A huge thank you to Maki, Nao, and Thomas for coming out this week to help us! 🙏✨

We are so thrilled to share that a Yukon icon—the historic Matthew Watson General Store
in Carcross—is now carrying our handmade beaded earrings and farm-grown herbal tea🍵!

​The store owners, Ron and Bonnie, are also regular customers of ours, which makes this partnership even more special. Back when I was working in Carcross, this was my absolute go-to store to treat myself on a hot day with their ice cream🍦 It is such a special, cute piece of the Yukon, and we are incredibly honored to have our handmade teas & earrings on their shelves.

It’s market day! 🪻🌿 Fireweed Community Market

After being so dry, we finally got a good rain and it's the perfect time for transplanting! We have a FEW bedding plants left for sale at the front of our food truck, so come grab them before they are gone.

After the last plant sale, I finally got space back in the greenhouse and transplanted all the tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, and herbs! 🍅🫑🥒✨

​Bees are buzzing around, most of the vegetables are transplanted outside, and they are all so happy with the good rain we finally received! 🐝🌧️ ​The chickens went outside, and the piglets are growing well too! 🐔🐖The leaves are so green, the birds are singing, and it just feels so good.

​Those little vegetable starters from tiny seeds are all growing beautifully, and hopefully we can bring some fresh vegetables soon to the Fireweed Community Market 🥦

Plant sales are officially done for the 2026 season🎉

Thank you so much to everyone who came out—We are incredibly happy to be a part of this amazing gardening community🌿💕 We had 11 plant sales this year—including the Carcross Cutoff corner, Carcross, Mount Lorne, and the Marsh Lake Community Center—and I feel so grateful for all of your support! 🙏💕

​Even though the official plant sales are over, we still have a FEW vegetable bedding plants, herbs, tomatoes, and peppers left! 🥦🌶🌿🍅🥬 We will still be bringing a few of them along to the Carcross Cutoff and the Fireweed Market!

​This is our 4th year of market gardening, but our very first year growing this volume of bedding plants🌱 We would love your feedback! 💬 Please let us know what you'd like to see us grow for your bedding plants in the future. I will definitely grow more flowers next year, but I’d love to know what else you want to get from a locally grown source🍅🌻

It’s our last official plant sale at the Carcross Cutoff corner today from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM! This is officially our LAST bedding plant sale of the season, and because it's the final one, we are having a HUGE sale! 🌿🌶🥬🍅

​Come grab your garden starts today before the big sale is over! (We might still bring a few things out little by little later on, but this is your last chance for all the varieties) 🏃💨

The forecast is looking gorgeous🌞, and just like that, summer has arrived in the Yukon! It is officially the perfect time to get those gardens growing! All bedding plants are available tommrow 🌱💕

​Ready for the Greenhouse:
It's finally warm enough to get your tomatoes and peppers into the soil! 🍅🫑
​Ready for the Outdoor Garden:

​Veggies: Cabbage, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, and green onions are completely ready to plant outside! 🥬🥦

​Herbs: Celery, parsley, dill, thyme, sage, and so many others are ready to go outside! 🌿

​Flowers: Plenty of beautiful flowers are ready for your outdoor beds, too! 🌸

​Did you love our green onions from last year? This year, you can grow them yourself! We have the amazing Japanese green onion bedding plants available this week ONLY! 🧅✨

​Our brassicas and select herbs have been hardening off in our unheated greenhouse for the last two weeks, just waiting for this exact moment—and that moment is now! They are tough, adapted, and ready to be planted out.
