Hola friends! We would like to share an update with you. On Dec 24, 2022 we had a pretty bad flood. During that same storm our Primo’s sign also fell down, we had hoped to have a quick and easy insurance claim because Prior to the flood, we had been renegotiating a new lease as our current one was up March 31, 2023. Unfortunately due to the landlord ( who I shall not name) illegally locking us out of the restaurant mid claim and other negative incidents involving him, it delayed our claim until just a few weeks ago. After very careful consideration we have decided not to renew our lease here in this space on Marine Drive. Over the last 6 years we have seen many ups and downs on the White Rock strip but it was well worth it to have forged great friendships and met many wonderful people along the way, We are devastated to leave our home we have created here on Marine Drive and the community we have become a part of, but know that we made the right choice in this situation. We are looking to relocate and see you all soon in a wonderful new space to create new memories with you. This isn’t good-bye, it’s “we will see you soon” Thank you all for for you amazing support and being a part of this with us, we will miss everyone greatly, till then, we hold a large shot of tequila and cheers!

FLOOD UPDATE Primo’s is currently working with insurance to get this claim done ASAP so we can reopen. We have NOT closed down, our sign is in for repairs from damage during the flooding and We look forward to seeing you all soon!

Hola friends, update- Primo’s-
had a flood a few days ago and are unable to open. Our beautiful sign also fell down and we wanted to let everyone know that as soon as we have an update on when we can reopen we will let everyone know asap.

Unfortunately it Looks like we will have to cancel all parties and reservations for the next little while and close down for a bit until we can get this fixed.
