It’s been almost two months I’ve been here in the Annapolis valley region and I’m so happy to be back and setting myself up ”more” permanently 😆 I have a great job working as Head Chef at a very cool arts centre. So far I have been providing meals for a theatre company and soon the summer arts camps will start and the crew and I will be cooking for around one hundred people.

For thé time being I would like to offer valley folks my weekly salad subscription which will feature local in season veggies and lovely dressings. If you are in need of personal chef services regularly or for special events please contact me and I will see what I can accommodate. I specialize in special-diet menus and healthy and delicious fare.

Hey folks! Exciting news! I will be starting a new venture selling my healthy baked goods at the New Glasgow Farmers Market! My new concept The Shady Elm Cafe and Bakery will bring much needed dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan baked good options to the area 🥹 all homemade without refined sugar, flours or oils. I will also be serving some hot vegan Ginger Spice Cocoa!

Hot Storm Tip: if you have a BBQ make sure you have extra propane, you can use your BBQ to make or heat up meals if you loose power.
