Nous sommes très heureux d’annoncer le retour de Braden Neuman à titre de chef de cuisine. Ami de longue date, personne exceptionnelle et cuisinier de grand talent, Braden fait en quelque sorte un retour à la maison.

Avec sa présence calme et sa main assurée, nous amorçons un nouveau chapitre chez Franquette — et nous avons très hâte de vous le faire découvrir.

We’re very excited to welcome Braden Neuman back as our Chef de Cuisine. A longtime friend, a genuinely great person, and a deeply talented cook, this feels like a true homecoming.

With his steady hand at the wheel, we’re stepping into a new era of Franquette — and we can’t wait to share it with you.
