Congratulations to our Carbonear neighbours Ruby’s on their grand opening this week!

Looking forward to another great place to eat on the Baccalieu Coastal Drive. This is great for EVERY business in the area, including other restaurants.

We are often asked by folks outside our region “Where would you recommend we could eat in Bay Roberts, Harbour Grace, Carbonear, Brigus, etc.?” Or “What are the must sees or must do in this area?” We are quick to promote our neighbours, whether it’s a brewery, distillery, craft shop, clothing store or restaurant, etc. Promoting each other helps us all grow.

Thank you for an amazing Summer 2026! Thank you to our customers, near and far, those who make us a weekly stop, and those who went out of their way to prove it really is “Worth the Drive.”

A special thanks to the first responders who went out of their way to come back and visit, many of whom were here last year while we we evacuated, and came back with their families. You filled our hearts with your stories and kindness.

And last but certainly not least, a huge thanks to our amazing staff. They never cease to amaze us and make us proud. They work hard to keep it all going in the restaurant on a regular day, with off site catering events, large groups and even bus tours! They give 110% every day!

Please see our Fall Hours and a reminder we are now open 5 days a week and closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

Please note the changes to our weekly schedule:

WE WILL BE CLOSED TUESDAYS FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS.

With the last of our three wonderful students finishing up yesterday and heading off the MUN, we will now revise our hours to 6days a week until Labour Day.

A huge thanks to our amazing staff and to all of you who visited us so far this summer. We are humbled by your support. See you Wednesday to Monday for the next two weeks.
