Good morning everyone. I am pleased to announce that I have started preparing smoked chicken wings and exceptionally large pork back ribs, which are solid meat and smoked to perfection. Shortly, I will commence preparing Texas Twinkies, shotgun shells, and several other specialty items. Furthermore, I will be offering bacon brisket; if you have not previously tried it, I strongly encourage you to visit and sample it. I will provide updates when it is prepared, at which point you can slice it and serve it on a sandwich. It is truly outstanding. Talk about exceptional cuisine.

Good morning, well I have my new chairs and tables now. Well at least most of them .. So I am getting closer to having most of the reno done.
Iam also looking for some part time workers . MUST BE RELIABLE

Good morning everyone. I am informing you that the store will be closing around 1:00 or 2:00 today, Saturday the 18th, and will reopen on Wednesday morning, the 22nd. We are undertaking a major cleanup and renovation, which will include new seating and a revised layout for your convenience. Furthermore, we will be applying for a liquor license to offer sit-down meals accompanied by beer or wine. Our menu will also undergo slight modifications to provide fresh, hot meals for both dine-in and take-out options. I appreciate your patience during this period. If you visit the store and I am available, please do not hesitate to knock on the door for assistance. I would like to extend my gratitude to everyone for their continued support of the Smoke Shack.

Good morning everyone, it is a pleasure to be back. Business is flourishing at The Smoke Shack Deli and I am excited to announce that we are taking a brief hiatus to revitalize and refresh our space. This Saturday, the 18th, we will be closing early, approximately 1:00 or 2:00 pm, and reopening on Wednesday morning at 11:00 am, prepared to provide you with an enhanced experience. If you visit during our refresh period and I am available, please do not hesitate to enter and I will be delighted to assist with any requirements, such as jerky or other favorites. Good morning today I'm going to attempt to make my shepherd's pie without burning it, should be ready to roll later this afternoon or tomorrow morning for sure, they will be frozen and cooked at home, fingers crossed. I will keep you informed
