Title: Restaurant Manager in Osooyos
Wage: Salary based on experience
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant experience required. Previous management experience preferred.
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen staff, and front-end staff.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50lbs. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Excellent customer service skills

Summary of Position
Will need to come into existing vacant restaurant and evaluate working condition of appliances and determine any repairs, cleaning etc. that needs to occur. Help set up the restaurant and prepare for opening.
A team leader who is directly responsible for all front-end functions including but not limited to: Customer service, maintenance of sanitation and cleanliness standards. Hiring and training employees, employee schedule, inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Ensure all customers are treated and served according to restaurants standards. Handle customer complaints in a friendly, professional manner.
• Make employment/termination decisions. Evaluate/discipline front end personnel as appropriate.
• Oversee training of new employees.
• Fill in where needed to ensure efficient operations.
• Prepare required paperwork such as schedule/ inventory in an organized and timely manner.
• Ensure restaurant is kept clean and in good working condition.
• Daily cash outs and balancing.
