I love to design cakes, actually I would hire someone to bake the cakes but I will do it until I am rich and famous and can have an entire team work thier magic in thier own specialized departments.And until then, I will also, dirty ice, fondant coat, pipe, create, sculpt and dream up whatever wonderful things Icing will let me manipulate it into.

Hi, it's Janine, I just started my new blog called Incling for Icing. It's all about my journey to becoming the master cake designer that I am. LOL!!
