Did you know that negative thoughts can be the reason you’re getting sick?
By now you’ve most likely heard about the fight or flight concept. This is the body’s physical reaction to stress. That stress can be actual, or perceived. Unfortunately the body cannot distinguish between you being chased by a bear, or you being worried about everything on your to-do list. 😳
Under stress, the body will release pro-inflammatory cytokines, which are designed to promote healing after an injury. When there is no actual injury, you are left with these pro-inflammatory molecules which hang out.

So the point here, is that our thoughts can have a serious impact on our overall health. Consider carefully what thoughts you allow into your mind and if they are negative....change them.
