In just a couple of weeks, Chez Beau celebrates 2 years. What a journey it has been.

When I first opened, I thought my little community would simply be happy to have their own place to gather and enjoy a good home-cooked meal. What this journey has shown and taught me goes far beyond that.

Through the long days and nights, I’ve learned so much,not only about running a restaurant, but about people and support( anyone who loves food lol) One of the most amazing things has been seeing people travel from all over the province just to come eat at Chez Beau. We now have regulars who drive hours to sit at our tables, enjoy our food, and support this dream of mine.

To each and every one of you who has supported me along the way, my kids, Joey, and you know who you are ,thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your continued support means more than you could ever know. ❤️
