Turns out, when I stopped yelling, the entire household fell apart...and then ...

We all begin to find ways to use our creativity and our bodies to re-regulate to calm down . To take a breath,to slow down and pause intentionally.
We all found moments in corners and nooks and caves within our home... And with that we re-regulate ourselves.
And if not for the corners and caves in our home the monkey bars the fitness pole the rope ladder and the other tools for movement... The music, the humming, the stimming and interpretive dancing.

his started happening more and more...
So what can I tell you...a lot
