Prosciutto Melon Cups 🍈✨

The easiest appetizer that looks like you spent hours making it. Featuring Piller’s Prosciutto, these crispy cups are packed with fresh summer flavour.

Ingredients:
• Piller’s Prosciutto
• Cantaloupe scooped into balls
• Mini bocconcini
• Fresh basil leaves
• Balsamic glaze

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a muffin tin, place two slices of Pillers Prosciutto in a “+” shape (one horizontal, one vertical) and gently press into each cup.
3. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until crispy and golden
4. Let cool completely.
5. Fill each cup with cantaloupe, mini bocconcini, and a basil leaf.
6. Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Simple, fresh, and guaranteed to impress. Try this for your next gathering! ✨

These Hot Honey Pasta Skewers are easy to prep, packed with flavour and texture, and perfect for effortless summer hosting. Featuring Piller’s Red Wine Salami, they deliver rich, savoury flavour while creating beautiful salami roses that make every skewer look as good as it tastes.
 
🛒 Ingredients:
• Piller’s Red Wine Salami
• Cooked pasta (cooled)
• Mini bocconcini or mozzarella balls
• Green olives
• Hot honey
• Skewers
 
👩‍🍳 Directions:
1.  Fold Piller’s Red Wine Salami slices into roses
2.  Thread pasta, mozzarella, green olives, and salami roses onto skewers.
3.  Arrange on a serving platter.
4.  Drizzle generously with hot honey.
5.  Serve and enjoy!

Kick off the Spring grilling season with this easy kolbassa flatbread recipe 🔥 Your new go-to for grill season!

1️⃣ Preheat BBQ to medium heat (about 400°F) and lightly oil the grill grates. 
2️⃣ Place zucchini and kolbassa on the grill. Grill for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until kolbassa is heated through with light char and zucchini is tender. Remove and slice kolbassa. 
3️⃣ Grill naan for 1–2 minutes per side until warm and lightly toasted. 
4️⃣ Assemble flatbreads: drizzle lightly with olive oil, then top with sliced kolbassa, grilled zucchini, and goat’s cheese. 
5️⃣ Return to grill for 3–5 minutes until heated through and cheese is slightly softened. 
6️⃣ Remove from grill and top with fresh arugula and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. 
7️⃣ Season with salt and pepper, slice, and serve immediately.
