Saturday morning at the LARDER

This week we’re having a bit of a Biscoff moment…

I’ll be in the kitchen making:
-Biscoff Marshmallows...a small batch, so when they’re gone, they’re gone
-Biscoff Cinnamon Rolls..soft, gooey and loaded with that cookie goodness
-Biscoff Cookies..because apparently three Biscoff things is the appropriate number

And Audrey is bringing
- Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies made with raspberries she harvested locally this year
- Apple Crisp made with local apples
- O’Henry Bars

Good morning, we're adding a few items to the farm stand this morning. We have

chocolate chip Bannock, just a hint of sweetness topped with raw course sugar(if you don't like the sweetness of a chocolate chip cookie, you're gonna love these)

 Cheese pizza bannock, loaded with cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, pizza spices and sauce, topped with more of the same. Dipping sauce available in the fridge

Jalapeno (cowboy candy), cheddar bannock. Just a hint of sweetness from the cowboy candy.

Strawberry muffins made with in season strawberries.

As well, there will be more bottles of apple butter

This week's flavor inspiration for me is s'mores.
Saturday's marshmallows will be s'mores. They start with a base of crumbled graham crackers, then more graham crackers and chocolate chips swirled throughout. Finishes off with more crumbled cookies and milk chocolate chips.

Keep an eye open for the rest of this weekends menu. We will be adding a few fresh new items tomorrow.

We will have:
Pizza Bannock with dipping sauce
Banana crumb brown butter muffins
Fluffy cinnamon rolls

Yesterday was an extremely busy day in the farmstand and we almost sold out. I put on a small batch of sourdough last night and I'm trying my hand at mini flights. There will be three in a bag, sourdough and old cheddar/cowboy candy, cinnamon sugar, and a plain loaf. Only 3 available. $12. These should be out there by noon.
