Our breakfast menu is inspired by some of the classics with our own creative flare, and of course some genuine and novel creations. Our "soon to be famous" Maple Bacon Duck Confit Waffles will crush your hunger and smash your tastebuds. We spent months perfecting our Rotisserie chicken. The secret to our killer chicken is a multi stage process that begins days before it hits your plate. The journey begins with a special brine, followed by an air dry and "The Ruby's" signature spice rub. The chicken lounges in our rotisserie for our secret combination of times and temperatures to achieve a crisp golden brown.
