Cornetti Latte
A rich white chocolate almond mocha topped with almond shavings. Sweet, nutty, and inspired by one of our favourite Italian pastries.

Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie Latte
A delicious combination of espresso, steamed milk, and pumpkin sauce, finished with a dash of cinnamon. All the familiar flavours of pumpkin pie in a latte.

Salted Maple Matcha Latte
A smooth matcha latte made with ceremonial grade matcha and 100% pure Canadian maple syrup, finished with flaky Maldon sea salt. The perfect balance of salty and sweet.

White Peppermint Fog
A festive twist on the london fog with peppermint tea, steamed milk, and white chocolate.

Iced Tiramisu Americano
A vanilla Americano topped with vanilla mascarpone cold foam and finished with a dusting of chocolate powder. Inspired by the classic Italian dessert.

Tiramisu from Milano, right here in Victoria.

Layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers, rich mascarpone cream, and a dusting of cocoa. The perfect way to end any meal, or as a treat with your afternoon coffee.

Our Tiramisu is imported directly from Milan and made by Bindi, an Italian dessert company with roots dating back to 1946. Internationally known for their traditional Italian desserts and decades of pastry-making expertise.

Our S’mores Cookie has returned for the season, and it’s just as good as you remember!

A double chocolate cookie with smashed graham crackers, topped with a dollop of marshmallow and a dusting of graham cracker crumbs.

It was one of our most popular cookies last year and a staff favourite.

Schiacciata sandwiches have been a staple of Florentine food culture for generations, traditionally enjoyed with quality ingredients tucked into its crisp, airy layers of focaccia-style bread.

It’s a tradition we’re proud to bring to Victoria, with our own selection of schiacciata sandwiches, including a few delicious options for our vegetarian and vegan freinds.

Vegano: marinated funghi, vegan mayo and cheeze, housemade romesco, grilled zucchini, roasted red peppers and garlic, and arugula.

Verdure: grilled zucchini, fried eggplant, stracciatella, housemade pesto and aioli, and roasted red peppers.

Caprese: fior di latte, basil, tomato, housemade romesco and pesto, and arugula.

In 2019, Stefano had the honour of representing Canada at the prestigious Gelato Festival America in West Hollywood, competing against some of the top gelato artisans across North America.

The flavour he brought to the competition was Seamist, a locally inspired sorbetto with a story that began years earlier in Maui. When Stefano and Melissa opened Ono Gelato in Maui, Melissa came up with the original flavour profile and the idea of importing Seamist Tea from Silk Road in Victoria all the way to Maui. The combination of tea, fresh mint, lemongrass, and lime quickly became an instant favourite.

For the competition, Stefano refined the recipe to achieve the perfect consistency while keeping the original flavour profile that made Seamist so special. It was that unique combination of flavours that caught the attention of the judges, many who had never tasted anything quite like it.

Stefano was awarded Best Gelato in North America and earned a place at the Gelato Festival World Masters in Italy. But, the inside scoop is that it was Melissa who came up with the novel flavour profile.

For Stefano and Melissa, gelato is more than a dessert. It is a family tradition passed down through generations, beginning with Stefano’s father and grandfather crafting gelato in their pasticceria in Torino, Italy. Today, they continue that legacy here in Victoria, creating authentic Italian gelato while bringing local ingredients and ideas into every scoop.

Today, Seamist remains one of our most popular flavours, being a little piece of Victoria, Maui, and their story in every scoop.

Our doors are open again at full capacity with more seating, and a brand new retail space featuring Italian imports and local artisanal goods.

The original location has always been a special part of our story, which is why we wanted to create more room for our community to sit, gather, and enjoy your favourite Mosi Florentine treats, while also giving you more to discover and take home.
