Just Matcha Tea Shop Just Matcha is your premiere source for . Delicious matcha lattes, vegan matcha soft serve. http://www.justmatcha.com

Matcha is green tea that has been shade grown, de-veined, de-stemmed and ground into a very fine powder. Matcha isn’t steeped, it’s “eaten.” Matcha drinkers benefit from a higher concentration of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fibre than are found in any other tea. Simply pour hot water over the sifted powder, froth it (with a traditional bamboo whisk or an electric milk frother), and enjoy. Just Matcha is a family business based in Victoria, BC, Canada. Our goal is to bring this under-appreciated elixir of health to the world.

Cheers to 13 years of Just Matcha! 💚

To our amazing customers - thank you for being part of our story. Every visit, kind word, recommendation to a friend, and familiar face has helped make Just Matcha what it is today.

Some of you have been with us since the beginning, and others have only just found us. We’re so grateful to all of you for supporting our small business and making our shops feel like a community.

Here’s to more matcha, more conversations, and more moments shared together.

With love and gratitude,

Tiffanie & Kip & Aden

P.S. When we’re not whisking matcha, we’re probably clinking Aperol Spritzes. It’s all about balance. 🍵🍹

Holding onto summer for just a little longer. ☀️

Slow sips, sunny afternoons, and iced matcha in hand. September may be here, but we’re not quite ready to let summer go just yet.

Take your moment.

Apologies if you’ve ever received a cat hair in your Matcha kit. Mis the cat guards the tissue paper in our office. We’ve explained several times that this is not a paid position, but she remains committed. 😂💕🐾
