This month’s Botella de Revolución is Flor del Desierto Veneno.

Not tequila. Not mezcal. Sotol.

Made from wild desert spoon in Chihuahua, Veneno is earthy, herbal, peppery, mineral, and a little dangerous around the edges.

And yes — the name means poison.

A rare northern Mexican spirit with a wild backstory and a serious sense of place.
