El Paraíso

Grown in Guatemala and sourced through Café Justicia, working directly with Mayan farming communities near Lake Atitlán.

Over 25 years ago, we became one of the first coffee companies in Canada to work with Café Justicia. That relationship still matters.

This is solidarity trade. Direct sourcing, fair pay, and long term support for land rights, education, and community led projects through groups like the CCDA.

In the cup: earthy, chocolate forward, balanced, and clean.

We roast your coffee fresh to order—so let’s keep it tasting that way.

Airtight is the name of the game. Keep your bag sealed and tucked away from light and heat. Want to get fancy? A vacuum canister like the Fellow Atmos keeps air out and flavor in.

And hey, don’t rush the grind. Whole beans stay fresh longer, and your cup will thank you for it.

Fresh beans. Happy mornings. Better coffee.
