Pizzas are made with organic dough, organic sauce, and topped with the highest quality ingredients available. style pizza, and gluten-free pizzas, all cooked at 900° in our wood-fired oven. Our dough is hand-made in house daily, and contains no sugar, no fats, artificial ingredients or preservatives. A rotating assortment of fresh-made pasta dishes are available on a daily basis, as well as Italian appetizers, vegan and dairy-free options.
