Our delicious lemon lavender raspberry tart is back! Crispy pastry shell filled with a lemon lavender custard studded with fresh local raspberries! We use culinary lavender grown locally at Cowichan Valley Lavender farms. It adds a subtle floral note and pairs beautifully with the lemon and raspberry.
