Dear Yumcha Community,
It is with a heavy heart that we write this post to inform you that we will be closing Yumcha. This decision was not an easy one to make and we are deeply saddened to have to do so. We started Yumcha with a passion for kombucha and a dream of sharing it with the world. From our humble beginnings at farmers markets to opening our own brick and mortar, we have been so grateful for the years of support from all of you.
Unfortunately, the combination of COVID and inflation has made it unsustainable for us to continue. We have tried our best to weather the storm but it has become clear that we can no longer continue on this path. We want to thank everyone who has ever tried our kombucha, supported us at our events, and followed us on social media. Your support has made our dreams come true and we will be endlessly grateful for it.
We also want to thank all of our community partnerships, small businesses, and farmers that worked with us over the years. Your dedication to sustainable and local practices was truly inspiring and we feel privileged to have been a part of that community. And last but not least, we want to thank our family and friends who have helped us through the years. Your love and support has been unwavering and we could not have done this without you.
With love and gratitude,
Ivan and Tiffany
