As we get ready to welcome you back to Matadora on October 29, we’re reminiscing on past trips to all the wonderful vibrant cities of Spain we’ve had the chance to visit over the past 6 + years of Matadora!
We’re so inspired by the Moorish influence in both the architecture & flavours of the region, as well as the rich vermouth & sherry culture. We love strolling the aromatic orange blossom streets looking for our next stop, in famed spots with rich flavoured of slow stewed meats, & Salmorejo Gazpacho, with house made vermouths where they write your bill right in front of you at the bar in chalk. The marriage of old world and modern European lifestyle comes alive in Seville, and we can’t wait to return!
