A hearty fall salad made with shredded red & green cabbage, baby spinach, roasted butternut squash, chopped dried figs, crumbled feta, pepitas and smoked turkey breast chunks, finished with a maple balsamic vinaigrette.

Sweet, savoury, smoky and full of fall flavour.
