The difference between a truly fermented sourdough crust and an unfermented standard commercial crust cannot be overstated

It's the difference between giving your body fuel and giving it a problem to digest

The fermentation process works to break down the sugars, hard to digest gluten, and anti-nutrients the grain naturally possesses

This in turn makes the dough easy to digest while making the nutrients bioavailable to our bodies

Not all pizzas are created equal. Some are built with thoughtfulness and love to feed the community while others are built to make profit

Come and taste the difference for yourself 🍕💕

Love the Olson Family here at Pizza Gratta💖
