soft launching? hard launching? different burger buns that we’ve been working on which are like a hokkaido milk bread and are sweet-ish and soft and far better than the inferior brioche burger bun which is hateful and shouldn’t exist this is a brioche burger bun hate account instead try this which offers the beauty and grace of brioche without being dry and miserable. also these are called burger rolls and are so much more than a burger bun for example a breakfast sandwich perhaps? have a great wednesday everyone
