Throwback to 2016 with my little tabletop roaster.

{Roaster Spotlight}

Meet Davin of Black Stripe Coffee. "It all started when my parents busted me brewing coffee in my bedroom closet at thirteen years old. Fast-forward 15 years and I purchased my first roaster - the Behmor 1600+ which seemed to be the natural progression as a coffee-enthusiast. I've been experimenting with different beans and roast profiles while developing an obsession for curating the perfect blend. Demand for my coffee has expanded from family and friends to local coffee lovers and even a local cafe. I've learned so much in the past year that I've been roasting and the industry has been so helpful for providing the resources to grow my coffee business."
