A favourite is back.

The Porchetta Cubano launches July 27 at all Meat & Bread shops.

Our signature Porchetta and crispy crackling, layered with ham, melted Swiss cheese, house-made caraway mustard, spicy dill pickles and mojo sauce, then pressed until golden.

Rich, tangy, crispy and gloriously messy.

Available for a limited time, starting July 27.

🚨🚨STARTING TODAY 🚨🚨

Our summer Huli Huli Chicken feature is back.

Huli Huli is a Hawaiian-style grilled chicken often described as a brighter, island-style cousin of teriyaki. Our version brings together marinated grilled chicken, jalapeño coleslaw, lime-pickled pineapple, and smoked aioli for a sandwich that is sweet, smoky, tangy, and fresh.

We use pickled pineapple as a garnish to bring that classic tropical flavour without compromising the texture of the chicken during service.

Available for a limited time this summer.

Calling Chefs, pop-ups, and new food concepts.

Our Calgary Meat & Bread location in the Grain Exchange Building is open for breakfast and lunch and in the evenings, we’ve been proud to host chef-led pop-up restaurants and focused dinner programs.

These nights have been a great success, giving emerging chefs access to a fully equipped space, a central downtown location, and a lower-cost way to test, grow, and share their food with the city.

Our current evening pop-up, Love Damian, has been an amazing partner and will be finishing up at the end of the month. Make sure to check them out before they wrap up: | lovedamian.ca
