The World Cup is upon us, and we're celebrating in style.
Tonight, Carpaccio di Bisonte is front and centre. Rangeland Farms Alberta bison, sliced paper-thin. Resting beside a silky parmigiano panna cotta, a vivid rocket pesto, fried capers, a ribbon of balsamic glaze, and finished with Poggio Torselli extra virgin olive oil. Local and seasonal.

The Fifa World Cup is one week away, and while Vancouver is ready to host the World, we're ready to host you Burnaby!
Dolce Amore & Il Cappello are teaming up to show the majority of World Cup games throughout this month and next! Viewing parties have been setup for early matches, with a joint Il Cappello and Dolce Amore menu available, and full bar and drink offerings.
