Space Rabbit Ice Cream is coming in hot (well…cold). We’ve been hard at work prepping our intergalactic truck, taste testing stellar frozen novelties, and making sure every sprinkle is out-of-this-world.

From galaxy swirls to moon rock toppings, this isn’t your average ice cream truck — it’s a cosmic experience.

Follow along as we count down to liftoff! First stop: Vancouver!

🚨 Important Announcement 🚨

After several months of silence, I have processed my sadness and finally found my voice to make this tough announcement. After nearly 9 incredible years of serving you, the time has come to say goodbye to my dairy-free ice cream business.

Despite all my efforts to stay open and viable, while shifting focus on the over 60 retailers across BC, I sadly couldn't overcome the hardships that came in the wake of the pandemic. It’s been a challenging road, and I had to make the decision to close the doors.

I am deeply grateful for the unwavering local support and enthusiasm you’ve shown Say Hello over the years. It has been an honor to share my passion for delicious, dairy-free treats with this amazing community.

Though I won’t be making my ice cream recipes anymore, I might just be popping up this summer with a new project. Stay tuned – you might still see a version of my ice cream truck out and about, showcasing other Canadian talents in the frozen dessert realm🍦💔

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the love and support over the years. It’s been an unforgettable ride.

We are so impressed and proud of all the small business entrepreneurs and their teams, that have rallied to innovate, during the COVID-19 pandemic! Here's a sweet article about our friends and how they are keeping staff employed and their doors open (albeit blocked from the public). You can find our ice cream cubes and sandwiches on their online store!

As the world continues to change amid the COVID-19 health crisis, so too are businesses, forced to adapt and survive or shutter their doors, possibly forever.
